dealing with UPS insurance claims ?

in the past,,when I was a daily shipper..theyd want to refutiate some charge,,and cut me a check for less,,hoping id cash it!!! NOPE!!!!

I had one with usps..the human female at the postal,, did help me. they only had three lines,,and I needed 10 for the stuff they screwed up...they paid it all after another go round...........you gots to be persistent.......

That's the tough part for me oly ,i need to be here at the shop ,don't have much time to leave to deal with mix ups or damage claims ,luckily i only have a couple a year at most out of hundreds so it is easier to write some off .

oh, me ferstansies!! guess im the type,, when they mess up,, they going to pay..it was their screwup,, with my money!!

Ryan , recently the same happened to my ups package for a 044 . my buyer still hasn't received a payment . you have to take pictures of all angles of the box . all the packing . they will come inspect everything too. And it takes about 2 months . go to a stihl dealer and get a price of a new tank with everything installed , with there labor quote they will need that . I hope this helps but my buyer still hasn't been paid to date .

Im the one collectin the insurance loot skipper , i didnt fukk around and rode their ass from the moment he called me and told me the handle was busted.

I had teddy fill out a work order for them since he works at a stihl dealer.

She said i might collect my pesos in the 2 - 4 week range.

Im not waiting for them to pay me this is gettin handled immediately , i think mike shipped the saw yesterday and teddy is gonna take care of it..im gonna pay for it all and wait to be reimbursed.

The saw looks like brand new! I want to thank Ryan for taking care of the saw for me. Ryan is the Best!!! UPS damaged the saw. It was packed very well. Ryan called me everyday and handled the claim. I'm very impressed by him. A very honest guy to do business with!
