Guess I found out why the saw wasn't running right lol. She was a bit warm on that side.  Maybe this is common with these, but it's a first for me.
Thought it was a 345, turns out it's a 350 with different 345 starter. This saw has never been apart to my knowledge. Plastic intake clamp/boot was perfect.
Looks like I'm going case shopping.
 
 
Exhaust side looks great, intake side not so much.
 
Any ideas? Is it worth rebuilding with a good used case and new piston?
