Reason being that’s actually the drivers fault/fine if someone gets pulled over and their passengers are unbuckled a fine goes to the driver for that.

I always wear a seat belt no matter who is driving, not because I don't trust the person driving who I am with (including me), I just don't trust everyone else out on the road!!

If YOU were physically drawing them, i might possibly agree, but are you planning to use a digital waffle-scrambler or a hat/basket and paper? If digital, I feel that voids any conflict of interest.
