Jon is the muffler guy. He takes great pride in his muffler work. He also does the rebuilds from the bottom end up. Then he slides them down the bench to me. I'd be lost without Jon.

Dan, you realize that if Randy ACTUALLY shows up we aren't going to be planning on a 15-20 person turnout.... it'll more like 50. making ideal to have a 2 day event.

man I gotta get crackin on some saws!

maybe i'll take apart my 350 and see if there's anything else I can do to it..... hmmmm

Randy, one of the most amazing things I have ever experienced is working on missions trip in the Dominican Republic... yes we took out teeth ... but everyone was there because they wanted to be there. It was true teamwork at its finest ... nuthin better.

You and Jon make a team... and that is awesome... enjoy it!

I've been doing service work in Narcotics Anonymous for ten years. The concept of being there because you want to is not lost on me. Seeing people be court ordered to the rooms, not wanting to attend...

It has really hurt our fellowship.

Yes I'm sure it would really boost attendance! I'll need some help figuring out how to accommodate a bunch of people camping out here. I guess first we need to pick a date and get an estimate on how many will be coming.

We tried refusing to sign court slips. But that hurt attendance because the drug courts started their own meetings. We have yet to find a perfect solution.

Having a stamp just sitting on a table works best. If they want to, they can stamp their paper and leave, or they can stay and hear a message of hope. It's up to them. As it should be.

Ok -- so my airline miles are getting consumed by my wife and family for some wedding activities coming up in March and you know the drill -- family comes first.
Maybe we could consider a crowd fund deal -- since I dropped the ball here I would be willing to set it up and manage it if it's something guys would consider. I would also throw in the first $100 to get it going.
I think for like $350 ish for round trip from Knoxville to Providence would get it done. I checked around early May dates.

Celebrity visit... Around these guys it would be a celebrity visit. If it makes it easier I would be happy to help with gas money. It would help pay it forward especially some of the class acts you have headed up when others were in need.

They call the masterminded 262 "The Legend" whereas I just want to meet the legend that creates them.
