Cut the screw off and flatten head a bit

I tried to get a good angle so you can see the small ridge in the Venturi

I try not to take too much here, remove the ridge plus a little more and smooth out with craytex

Probly took .030 overall out of Venturi

Very little on most saws, but each saw is different. This saw has a small carb and intake boot. So this mod and a bigger boot may make a noticeable difference

Nope. It's very similar to the 036 boot. Same impulse set up.
