You do bring up a good point. Humility. Quite honestly, I doubt we will get that from Jason here. it is time for him to eat a pile of crow and make good. But I dunno if that's even possible now.

Its cool we have the guys to throw some jingle to help a fella out...but this problem seems to keep "popping" up.

Maybe JMSSAWS can kick in for his mistakes soon ?

Reputation is much more valuable than money. $1500 is peanuts compared to the work he's gonna lose.

which is why it makes no sense for him to not make good. but that's on him.

Lets see, if he loses 3 port jobs a year... just 3 .... from this thread. thats $750/ yr. over 10 years thats $7500.

you think he's gonna lose more than 3/yr? how about 30/yr?

no...missed the point. Scott was asking how he was being held accountable. Lost reputation is how. It doesn't help the buyer in the short term, but it helps other buyers in the long term for sure.

I'm in the real world. I build stuff, and it breaks and I make good on it. Thats my reputation. i wish it didn't break, and I can try and try, but stuff happens. Thats my experience, and I don't have a problem making good.
