I completely understand where you're coming from, that video was more a representation of what I felt like when I first brought up the 4 stroking thing.

And I didn't really mean for you to reveal your tricks to the public, I figured you would choose whether or not to use PM if you chose to talk about that trick of yours. I like thinking about stuff. I'm still thinking on Deets double bridge port 066, and may perform some experiments on what could be going on with that or how to improve it in the coming weeks.
What makes that jug run well, Probly has nothing to do with the bridge ports.

I've also lost confidence in bridge ports.....they might direct the transfer flow....maybe. Not enough flow to do anything major though.

On that 4 stroking ,think about this .A richer fuel mixture ,fuel to air burns slower than a lean mixture plus it's cooler too .It's so rich you are not burning it all ,about like running with the choke partly on .
That was old trick on shot up war birds in the days of piston engines .The Rolls -Royce P51 Mustangs were water cooled and could catch a round in the cooling systems and loose coolant .The cylinder temperature could raise so much they would lock up .The trick was to pull the choke out a tad and limp it back across the English channel at lower altitude and slower speed .Some made it some are on the bottom .
Back to the saw .If this mixture is set right once you throw enough load on the engine you are burning more of the fuel ,it burns hotter and it stops acting like the choke is pulled .--Best I can come up with ---

This why the dyno is so good. Run up a saw, get the figures and then have someone spend an evening carving out bridge ports. Run up the saw on the dyno the next day and see the result.

It would be a bugger if the figures went backward...

I'm gonna have to get Joe to build me a damn dyno huh?

Believe Dustin sold it when he got his britches in a twist

And that really pissed me off. I rarely forgive, and never forget.

Here is what mine looks like.

That is some damn good looking work. Might not run worth a chit, but it's pretty.

Bubba, would be burned out in no time lol.

Would need a full time dyno operator for an operation such as yours.

I would like to test some theories......
