Here my home made set up from the scrap pile.
Started it years ago as a electric swing saw but wood here has to much silica and was burning up blades so fast it wasn't practical.

You need some welding skills to make this.
Trailer jack is what the saw attaches to and used for hieght adjustments.
I put roll blade wheels under the deck.
You will have to have a way to clip it to the ladder.
I used angle with Teflon
Works sweet as long as it's set up level side to side.
I normally have it going down hill and no pushing required.
The saw cuts with little effort.
You can take ideas from that commercial one they sell also
The deck they have is sweet.
I didn't see this till recently.
Anyone that says a bandsaw beats a chain mill has is wrong.
I set up or break down in 15 min.
Can hump it into the bush with 2 people.
No bands to sharpen or break.
I burn 4-5 liters in a 8 hr shift and mill a ton of lumber
The trailer load is 60% of a 7 hr shift in the jungle.
I went back the next day and loaded the rest.
