The oil pumps on those are failure prone. There is a special tool used to install the oil pump. It clocks it correctly and installs the aluminum hub to the proper height. The cam bearings are ball bearings on each end and caged needle in the middle. If it hydrolocked, I advise checking piston to deck height of each piston at TDC. I've seen the rods on these bend slightly. 15w40 is the winter kills these engines. The oil pump can't push pudding through it's veins. Mower likely never used in the winter. As I said, the oil pumps are failure prone. Due to emissions, 2 different thickness of head gaskets offered. Piston to deck height determines correct gasket.
If memory serves, Injector washer is a Perkins 131426230. I have them and other stuff in stock.
