Correct answer by Steve. Caterpillar only. Do not get will fits as they crush to seal when torqued. Another important step is injector hold down torque. Also the bolt may need replaced as ours use a driseal and get replaced everytime. So check that manual you purchased .

But what about the bottom of the injector where it screws into the head? There was no sealing washer. Does this take something to seal it to the head?00D81B7C-9B95-4970-A2F2-2DB5843F18AD.jpeg

I found this finally. That wash does not fit the injector end that goes into the head. It is a sloppy fit.I just can't wrap my head around that you just install the injector into the head with out some type of seal.0A0320A9-351E-4651-B12F-C7EBBA0631DA.jpeg

I CAN NOT find that washer anywhere. The closest thing I have found was injector sealant . No description or picture of injectors sealant. Is it like gasket sealer. Can't be. The cat parts on line STINK.

The oil pumps on those are failure prone. There is a special tool used to install the oil pump. It clocks it correctly and installs the aluminum hub to the proper height. The cam bearings are ball bearings on each end and caged needle in the middle. If it hydrolocked, I advise checking piston to deck height of each piston at TDC. I've seen the rods on these bend slightly. 15w40 is the winter kills these engines. The oil pump can't push pudding through it's veins. Mower likely never used in the winter. As I said, the oil pumps are failure prone. Due to emissions, 2 different thickness of head gaskets offered. Piston to deck height determines correct gasket.
If memory serves, Injector washer is a Perkins 131426230. I have them and other stuff in stock.

Yes I have both options.
Correction, the injector washer is 131426200, supeceeded by U31426200 $1.04 each. I would also replace the leak-off washer , 131426210, $5.26

BTW, I have a new 4 cylinder version of this engine I haven't been able to find a use for. I've considered a log splitter but 35hp is a bit much. I have a new 3 cylinder .7 litre version for a splitter.
