Thank you sir. That is an epic build. Will read it all!
I started that build , all together and ended up with a bad air leak in n the clutch side. All my fault. Have to pull the warm gear to put the seal on. Wtf there is an actual tool to pull that gear. Never had to do one .... Put too much heat on the gear before putting back on bent a bit and caused heat transfer to the rubber. Thought I could be quick enough. Obviously not.... Compression is good . Loosing case pressure and impulse not working. Eventually I'll do a thread.

On my phone. No time this am to hit the computer to pull pics of wrist pin fitment. There are 10 mm id. X 12 mm od bushings in existence for order that work with light sanding.

The bushings are basically press fit tight in the cylinder. The clip wings hold the 10 mm pin in place.
I would not really on the wings on the clips there's just to much flex in those but if the bushings were good and tight on the wrist pin itself then I wouldn't worry much.

I discovered that the Dolmar 7900 is 37mm stroke and that the big bore cylinders are 54mm and are case fed transfers. I have one of those on hand so I'm going to see if that will work. I may give up on a 56mm bore and use the Dolmar 54mm AM cylinder with a 660 piston. The Dolmar piston has windows but they seem small in comparison to the 660 windowed piston... that would basically turn this into a stroked 85cc dolmar in Solo cloths.
