Hey guys I have a Carter NRD carb I am rebuilding and am stumped on how to proceed with this brass fitting. Kit from sugar creek says it comes with a brass rivet for staking down the fuel pump diaphram. Do I drill out the old fitting to remove? Or does the new gasket slip over it. The old gasket was like bakelite hard and crispy. Carb is off of remington super 660. Thanks!
