Carb difference

I have been scouring the web to find the info on the difference in 2 walbro carbs.

Can someone help me. One is a 19B and the other a 21C.

The AI response says both can be used in my next project, 290/390

Seems like the throttle and/ or choke shafts need swapping from the original carburetor. But it’s been a minute, I can’t remember the exact details
