How's that going to affect low RPM torke it's going to be running a 32" bar all the time maybe a 28 off and on?Your transfers need to go way up.
How far should I take them around 135 ?It will run fantastic. That's how the best running 046s made came from the factory. The first year 046s only had 15°-16° blowdown.
During the 046/460 several years ago, I personally found that my saw never woke up until getting the transfers up. Others found the same thing to be true.

Most of the time If I change the height of the transfer I will angle them up.Flat or angled, or less angled?

Sorry lol I didn't notice my mess up.If you grind them up the number gets smaller not bigger.
Exactly. Performance comes in all different forms. Every change to the cylinder has benefits and trade offs. Don’t be afraid to try something new......in small doses and see how it works for youThere’s no set of numbers that’s gunna work for everyone. Each jug is different and everyone grinds different. That’s why Brad can run 15 degrees of blowdown, it’s what works for him.
Open your ports a tad and shape them well, that is the main thing.

Phone user here... but my phone sucks. Are you guys using a computer or phone? If you are using your phone zoom in on the picture you can see the groove for the snap ring.
I ported a Meteor identical to how I port an OEM and it didn't run near as well. I ditched it and never looked back.I personally find that the amount of work needed to make them run anything like a good ported OEM jug just makes no sense to me. Then comes the bore roundness, plating, etc issues.
