You guys have no clue, this is the proper way to "stone" a chain!

Stone was lodged perfectly centered to my bucking cut inside a logs crack, talk about luck.

Oddly enough the aggressive semi chisel TriLink loop didn't cut much smoother after being "stoned". :p

If it weren't for bad luck you'd have none at all :).
But you were "done" with your cut quicker lol.
Enough getting stoned on the job, back to work.

Stone was lodged inside a hollow branch hole in a firewood log.
Not bad for a modified Vanguard chain nearing the witness mark.

That stinks, good it was a well worn one.
I was cutting a large branch away from a stem about 6' off the ground after a wind storm, ripped like 5 cutters off when I hit a 3/8" chain that was wrapped around the tree some time ago(way under the bark). I figured out why the branch never broke away from the stem :cunaooooo:.
