The first piece is a red oak crotch. She's running a 24" bar because I am making firewood. I usually have a 30" bar on her running semi chisel since a lot of the wood here can be dirty. She's set to four stroke at 12,9 or so. I think she would run a 36" bar in hard oak no problem.

Ya i forgot about that stuff. Any idea what the "W" indicates? Its a full wrap handle bar with 7th mount and high-top air filter.

Did he ever swap the eliminator kit for the oem hi-top (like the receipt suggests)..or did he keep the blue top...or better yet, get both? Hope he (or you) still has the saw!
