As far as I know the kind of. Chassis debuted as 181 then 281, 288 was a bit later. Both still for sale in other parts of the world.

Far as I can tell by the IPLs the 281 debuted in 1986 and ran until at least 2000, and 288 debuted in 1988, and also ran until 2000 (and to this day in other countries).
