I was 240 in January. I'm 190 nowI've gone from a 38" waist down to a 33". I haven't been under 200 since I was in grade 9.

Whats your secret to losing?

Portion control, stopped eating crap after 8:00pm. I also cut way down on the amount of bread I eat.
I'm pretty active so that helps a lot. I generally eat about 5x a day. Smaller meals with lots of protein
