Just curious Jason. Do you go through the calibration/learning function with the Mtronic when you switch saws, it does it just remember?
You hear all these stories of how they lean out and toast the motors. Did you do anything to make it fat?

I've never reset one,my buddy is a big shot at stihl and told me to only reset as a last resort.
I have never had one that needed reset.
They learn how you like to run it and reseting it starts everything over.

Ok. But don't they want you to go through a calibration if you use the saw in a different location or elevation. Put it through the learning process. Not sure if I am even using the right terminology. I've never heard an Mtronic run that fat. It must really like the port job. Lol

Cool. I am really surprised.

Does it lean out a little after it warms up?

In the video the saw was cold,it takes it a little bit to warm up.

That's one thing I've noticed about mine is how cold blooded it is. First cut if it's not warmed up to "operating" temps it's a bit sluggish. When it's ready, it's like the 4 barrel opened up. ...hold on baby!

661 flywheel work on a 660 crank?
ill find out in a minute
661 has a big crank end like a 660 but im not sure if you have to have 2 magnets or what.
I think a mtronic flat top would be the ultimate saw.
I would love to see a Mtronic flat top if doing it is possible
