You should be able to get rid of the saw loading up lean like that if you lessen the pop off with a shorter or weaker metering lever spring. Or maybe the metering lever is too high and you missed it.

It's the carb off my 064 and it has a shim under the spring.
When I get to the shop I'll pull the shim and see if it's strongest with a regular or mtronic carb
