Seriously? WTF? Should of bought a Hooskie! I will call the dealer and find out when they will have a fix for this!Yours is leaking on my bench.....so yes.![]()
They just found out on FB this morning. Hasn't been contacted by Stihl yet for the fix. He said he would find out, I was the 4th person to call this morning about it and they have only been open an hour. A lot of loggers around these parts use the 461.Just have the dealer hook ya up with a new fuel hose.....![]()
Some fuel lines were getting pinched behind the rings/washer that go around the intake boot behind the carb. Some, not all.
yes you did. about 1-1/2...didn't I check your number? some of the saws within the serial range were actually checked at the factory. the three we had that were in the serial range actually were ok. they have a nifty website link you can plug in your number to see.Didn't i axe you bout this months ago ?
dealers got a notice to stop sellin them...I don't think the actual recall notice went out to the pubelick until recently. My dealer and I have known about this "recall" for at least 6 weeks.
This is old news......for some.
A bit confusing, thought same recall couple years ago IIRCThanks for the heads up. I'll have to check my SN: when I get home.
