I guess dads really wanting to come. He doesn't recognize me yet, but he sure does Tony. However, guess he decided he was going to leave the hospital. He unplugged all his tubes. Wrapped them up nicely on the hook. And made it all the way from the 4th floor to the front exit door before security caught him.
He has kinda caused a " big deal" there. As when you unplug your hoses. ALARMS GO OFF.
But now he has his own personal sitters.
There putting him asleep again today do some more testing. Sure hope he's ok.
He's 77 and doesn't like to sit around. He still waits till the hottest part of the day to weed eat.
Why, I have no clue.
Y'all pray for my dad, my son really loves him. And I need him around for that. Sure hope my dad recovers and decides to spent time doing things with him rather then working out in the sun all day.

It's hard to picture it, but he has a thach in. Extremely weak.

Good news that he is up moving around! Sounds like it won't be long till he's back home.

I hate to hear it, but lets stay on the positive. He was coherent enough to unhook, neatly, and almost walk out of Mission (I'm guessing).....and that place is a nightmare to get out of. He must have some strength and you cant underestimate ones resolve to survive. Stay strong brother, you have a great family, enjoy every moment. I'll be praying for your father bud. I sat down and talked to him and your mom for atleast an hour last year. They are great people and you are truly blessed to have them as parents .
