Do you buy kits from Dave? I have used a few and they were good.

I buy them locally. It gives me an excuse to bug the folks down at the saw shop near me. Good good people and well worth the time spent bs'ing about old saws.

you can purchase a new HS228C non-governed carb for $35....if your time is worth anything, and your customers are paying...why would you rebuild?
