Too small imo.
You need more surface area or larger segments.

Their are threads here and formulas to figure all that out. I rarely get request for them to be installed. Most ask they be deleted. No fire work much around here. Very light logging of any kind and just removals or land clearing. No need to install screens unless your cutting dead dry in winter like I do. They have to be put in or it sets the wood on fire bucking and felling. Not good in dry hardwoods. No worries if it snows or rains. Summer heat here is sticky not dry most days. Damn tough then to start a fire in leaf litter.

that is good to know. I read so much about do/don’t, fire, etc. Good to know I’ll be ok then. Thanks for the help!
