Looks like the spot weld cutter did great. Sometimes expensive tools are worth it lol.

I was having buyers remorse untill i used it. I cut all those spotwelds and the cutter was still new.

I was having buyers remorse untill i used it. I cut all those spotwelds and the cutter was still new.

I have a set of Blue point "twist" sockets for rounded off bolts, nuts.
I felt the same way. Those saved me lots of time and swearing.

Got the rear axle cleaned and the the gears meshed the best i could get them. Had the pinion in and out of this at least a dozen times trying to adjust pattern.

I am going to check on it Friday as that would be the two week mark. Realistically im not expecting it till late next week.

That differential is looking good. Clean parts are always nice lol.

Uses gears tend to be a pain in the azz.
Then again, most of our new GM gears are too. Seems they have a ring gear run out issue...

Just talked to the sand blaster. The frame was in the booth this morning and he is working on the little stuff now. Will have it done Monday!
