Well it looks like we're back to GFY lol.

That section always seems to fare better.

Still solid but pitted badly where all the parts are rivited on.

If I was close I would be all over it, but were pretty far apart lol. If it makes you feel better I just ordered new cab bushings and a clutch pedal box for mine.

What did you end up buying for cab bushings? Im thinking i want the polyurethane ones but im afraid they will be to hard and put alot of noise in the cab.

I went with the Energy Suspension kit. It's one of those things I don't want to mess with for a long time lol. It's actually hard to find just regular rubber for them now.

Broncograveyard.com has the rubber ones but they are 3 times the price of the energy ones. I'm sure as hell replacing mine, just not sure with what yet.

Did you get the bushings only or the complete kit with hardware?

The complete kit so I can cut the old junk off lol.

Believe it or not. All the body and core support mount bolts came right out no problems. The bolts look new. The core support ones i had the most trouble with but wasnt that bad. Dont forget to take the nut off the top of the core support mount and then take the bolt out the bottom.

Use the grease that comes with. Otherwise they're a little squeaky. The Jeep has a few squeaks after switching to urethane but it don't bother me much. Stiffened things up quite a bit.

The body mounts are squeaky? That would drive me nuts!

Thats what I have been told on the urethane mounts.
No first hand experience with them as body mounts though.
My Chevelle suspension has them, but all greaseable.

The Jeep's unibody, I only have them in the suspension. I'm not sure if the body mounts will squeak.

I only notice it when off road.

Since my cabs are removed i just put the bolt back in and smacked it with a hammer! It will definitely use alot of swearing to do it on the truck.
