Thanks. The bottom one is a pre A1 army issue. Had no idea of its worth when i bought it. I modified the heck out of it to shoot competition. Totally ruined the collector value. It's a shootin' sumbitch. Over 2k rounds through it with no jams. It will even feed sized empty brass. The gold cup is a safe queen. Has maybe one box through it.

My Colt Delta Elite 10mm, favorite 1911 I own.
Its one of the original years Colt produced it. I have had it over 20 years and it shoots great!

Dad has a Gov't model 70, I always enjoyed shooting ever since I was a kid. So a few years back I bought a Ruger SR1911, needless to say I don't regret the purchase.

My boy got the Rock Island 1911. I am impressed with it. Solid gun with good fit and finish and shoots well.
