So this was already done on my 460 you ported?

Yes sir.

You need recipe version 12.9 for that ,you are still on recipe 2 ,you better get a new saw ,it is outdated .;)

Yes........everyone I've ported a saw for needs to buy a new version from me. I take cash, check, PayPal,, etc.

Seems kinda big?

My 66 is only a #64 jet

Sorry brother Deets. Not a #70 jet size.....a #70 micro bit size.

There is a lot more going on inside of carbs than just jet size

Very true sir. Very true.

And to be 100% honest I don't share all that I do on anything these days. I woke up one morning and decided that I needed to keep some stuff to myself.

I don't blame you at all Randy. Trade secrets. Lots of trial an error. Some things are best off kept secret. [emoji106]

There are very few real secrets in two stroke performance Jeff. I worry more about leading people away from their own ideas by posting new, or different stuff I try.

Nice post MM...

I respect guys that want to keep their own recipes to themselves... in the sense that if ya said "no" to me asking for timing number or whatever i wouldn't blame ya. Those types of things are likely the result of lots of trial and error over time... which is precious.

but porters have to understand, once a saw gets sold and ends up in someone elses hands...the cat's out the bag. if you want to keep something secrect, keep it for yourself and only yourself. expecting others to keep your secrets is a 3rd graders mistake lol.

I hate not giving credit where credit is due... people like that drive me nuts. had a roomate in college...a guy who I still talk to frequently... one of his quotes was ... "Matt Olson....never an original thought" I like to think that to those that I have taken ideas from, i give credit to. .... and I still hold out hope that I have an original thought one day :)

If I pull the carb on that saw, I will have to keep is "identified", as the markings will not be accurate!

Good to know, thanks.
