I need to know where to find a 22" and 26" bar¿??

Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

I recently picked up a Carlton 22" with replaceable nose. I haven't used it yet but it's a pretty solid and rigid bar. The part number is 22-42-A376-ST.

Mine would be my Dolmar 6100. Handles all the oak and Hickory I can feed it and bigger then what I want to split. So I just noodle it with the 6100. It is my felling saw, bucking saw, wood splitter on the big nasty stuff. And it can limb with the best of them.
However a guy can get a ton done with a good little 40-50cc saw. My 421 is a little go getter.
I can post videos Lol. But you all have seen them all already.

Well that's a tough one! I only own 3 saws, and won't count my Dad's.

So, first is my 421. Bought it new, switched to the euro catless muffler, and really learned how to tune a saw on this baby. I've cut more wood, by a mile, with this saw than the other two. Dropped some giant ash, maple, black cherry, hardhack, etc with it. Far more than it's size would warrant. Light, nimble, reliable, and has done everything I could ask wearing an 18" bar.

Then came my 562. This thing has simply performed flawlessly. Mastermind mm is the only tweak. Runs strong, and I always wear hearing protection anyway. :D

Finally is the big boy. Solo 681. Simply a beast and not close to being broken in yet. Not only the strongest by a fair stretch, obviously, but some added personal value as I did the conversion from 665 myself.

A really tough call, but emotions aside I would have to go with the 562. Nimble enough for limbing, ballsy enough for almost everything else.

I bought some 681 Solo's near six years ago. Back then people had not really even heard of them. I would post that they would eat a 372xp or 460 for breakfast and folks would laugh. They are damn strong saws with a powers to weight ratio I have yet to see better in ANY saw from the major two brands or any brand for that matter. The 681 is only one product Solo produced, their catologue of products is far bigger than either Stihl or Husky including mowers and a bunch of stuff. Their backpack blowers, sprayers & clearing saws/brushcutters kick ass. If they were marketed properly....
