064 cylinder... usable?

Normally I wouldn't post this question but this is a borderline cylinder that I'm curious about:

I sanded through a bit around the exhaust in an attempt to get some stubborn transfer. I knew it was deep so I didn't even try acid (rarely use it these days).

Not the best pics. There's some decent scores below the port in addition to the loss of plating directly under it.
I'm not done yet, just wanted to get the discussion going. The saw would be a keeper and is going together with mismatched cases and farmertec parts...

I've lowered an exhaust a little that looked like that. Didn't hurt a thing and I felt better doing that than leaving a surface without plating.

I would put a on bevel or chamfer the floor of the exhaust. But as others have said, I'd run it too.

Saw is still alive two years later. Good running saw with decent hours on it now. Gonna run it a lot this summer and will report back.

Try not to do anymore sanding on it the platting is thin but I also say run it.
