How can you tell if you need to go up on the rim? All done by RPM's?

Al, I'm drooling!!! Now that I got all of the tree guy's saws running (4 of them) I started cleaning up the 034 today. Pulled the flywheel too! Got all the parts, including new boot, etc. But, that darn saw needs LOTS of cleaning!

No problem if you are backed up for a while, but if you have time earlier, would love to show it off at the GTG, let me know your availability, and I will try to comply!

Hows your 360PRO running Larry?
She runs like a banshee. I didn't have time to get 034s pics today. I planned on pulling the head gasket anyway so it's no biggie. I ported the 034s myself, did a slight timing advance and muff mod. I thought it was a strong runner until I ran the 360.

My next day off is October 14th. Then it's winter planning, blowing sprinklers out, getting snow equipment ready, etc...

I'd like to have a saw or two ready by the gtg, but it's looking more like I'll be running the saws I built for others.

Gonna try to get @angelo c 440 done and @zeebee413 026 done by event. Even my own 036 is having some idle issues. No time to check it out.

Sorry Mikey.

fixed....
run a @drf255 026 and it seems soooo much "bigger"
Oh mine is ported to Al's advice and sitting at 230 psi. Don't get me wrong, its a great saw and goes hard!
Buuuuuuut........ its still just undersized for my taste.

I really HATE the 325 chain. It dulls faster in our nasty timber and I find it a PITA to sharpen.
I want a smaller saw that will pull a 18" 3/8 bar with authority once ported and I recon the 036 is the saw
