036 build/port

Haven't done many threads on small saws so I'll try to make a good runner out of this one. It's @cgraham1 saw and is gonna be a beauty.

I sold him a cylinder I ported years ago but while I'm putting it together I'm gonna change the porting to the way I do it now.

Powder is done and looks great.

Let's see the intake port.

Does the 48mm 034S jug have the ring retainer tit that the 46mm non-super jug has? 036 jugs do not.

I'm usually at 82-84 with the bottom of the teardrop intake after dropping the jug. Your numbers look great Jason.

Could be a 562 still, but I'd like to stick to what I know works.

No teardrop
This one will probably be 80 when I'm done.

I'll post pics when I get to the shop.
It's a nice cylinder,very big transfers for a 48mm bore
