I port for a living but 50% of my income is from fixing boxes of saw and selling them. I love a saw in a box

Sounds interesting for sure. I don't do any porting. Just minor mods. Squish tightening, and muffler mods. Built a few saws outta box's. Most of my builds end up in a box as I tear em down, clean all the parts and assemble. Only a hobby (wife thinks otherwise) for me but I love doing it

I've had a couple 036s, 034s and 034S. The 034S ran the best in my opinion with just normal squish and muffler mod. Farmer Steve those are some real beauties.

My favorite all around Stihl model, period.

Mines self ported. Mine can run a 28" 3/8 chain no problems. Faster than a stock 044/038M as well.

I currently only have 5 034/036's here. I gotta keep buying.

Pat Backtrollers 034 was one that I almost considered getting dishonest on. So damn clean, it was tough to ship back.

Maybe he'll post some pics.

It increased blood flow to the "special places" on my body.

If you like your 'girls' loud and smelly, then, yes, I suppose you can refer to them as 'girls'.

'Biker chicks'?
Are you saying you would prefer to grab a dude with both hands and work him all day?
I mean if that's your deal, no problem, rainbow power, live and let live but all my saws are girls :)

Oh wait my 075 project is named Brutus hmmmmm....I didn't even know I was bi:abrazo:

DD, are you actually expecting to find a NEW red light 066? I had a used one, but it was abused by the previous owner and the clutch side bearing went out on me (idiot always tightened the chain when it was hot). Even in that condition they are hard to find. And if you actually find a new one, are you going to get it moobed?

I think a NIB 036 would be as hard to find. Or a new 090... not made in China. Unicorn saws...

She is a beauty, all the right curves... Is orange the original color?
How bouts a nice fat Alice pictorial in her own thread?
Original color is Pioneer yellow. I was bored with that and painted the old *b-word Allis Chalmers Orange and International Harvester off white. Hence the name of 'Alice'.

She has hooked a few saw freaks at GTG's.
