Hey guys,
this saw drives me crazy.

I have changed both shaft seals.
A new carb kit.
Boot, fuel line and filter looks fine.
Base gasket looks fine to, I added a little sealant because I don’t have a new gasket on hand.
What can it be, for me it sound like a air leak, but I ve no idea where

Sounds like a fuel starvation issue. Check fuel line and fuel filter as well as tank vent and carb settings first off.
You may have to go through carburetor again to make sure there isn't a fault issue that you missed.
A pressure/vac pump will go a long way into helping you sort out not only your carburetor but the entire saw and help find your specific issue instead of just some random likely possibility's.

Check the seal between the carb and the impulse boot. Does the impulse boot, part 25, have a full lip and is part 28 there?

I have run into an 026 in whch both were missing and only a gasket from another saw was used to seal it all. That idea failed miserably.

If you haven’t changed the fuel line I would alone along with the filter. They like to get soft and suck shut leaning the mixture out.

What do u mean with full lip?
The parts 25 and 28 are there

The parts 25 and 28 are there.
Occasionally a boot with a flat end gets mounted there so that part 28 protrudes in front of it and the carb joins with metal on metal to set up an air leak. Your boot could also have a small cut or crack in it somewhere that lets in air. Here is how bad that can get:

been there :rolleyes:..

as well as putting in the pto seal too far and it getting chewed up dam quick..:eek:
