Shrimp LoMein, Crab Rangoon and mystery meat Egg rolls.

Did these Wednesday on the Weber. Rubbed them down with a simple rub, cooked/smoked indirect then finished in the oven after double wrapping with foil.
We ate the smaller butt for supper and he family was very happy. Tender, fairly moist and tasty. Amberg, I sure miss the corn on the cob. I haven't hardly seen
any at the usual places for sale. If you guys are getting fresh corn you are truly blessed!

Bless you my friend, Damn that looks good!! A small patch of corn for you! We are taking pickup loads out of this patch this week.

Seasoned grilled pork loin chops, dutch oven potatoes(red and Yukon gold, thick sliced with diced bacon, butter, salt, pepper, minced garlic, red onion, and a cup of beef bullion). Caesar salad and beehive dinner rolls.

My birthday dinner went to andrias steak house had a 12 ounce fillet mignon baked potato salad with ranch stuffed mushrooms and 4 old fashion drinks with woodford reserve bourbon
