What's For Supper?

Long story, but fresh sweet corn and maters with cottage cheese with "Dukes" mayo and French dressing. And Kentucky pole beans with bacon grease!

Also some chips and cherry salsa my brother bought from cherry republic. Ran out of dukes so had to use miracle whip

Steak med rare with fresh corn and Italian bread and milk.

Pan fried trout, corn on the cob(grilled in the husk), grilled asparagus, and pan roasted green beans.

The trout.was caught today by my youngest boy.

He hooked ten, and landed six.

Last nights fare was more snaps, squash, sweet corn and maters. I guess I will be eating sweet corn twice a day for a week or two!

right out of the garden green peppers stuffed with GB and rice toped with tomato sauce with fresh green beans. yum

That was done this morning, They took two pickup loads of corn out today. Couple more loads going out tomorrow. Hmmm, ( I am wore out )

Did these Wednesday on the Weber. Rubbed them down with a simple rub, cooked/smoked indirect then finished in the oven after double wrapping with foil.
We ate the smaller butt for supper and he family was very happy. Tender, fairly moist and tasty. Amberg, I sure miss the corn on the cob. I haven't hardly seen
any at the usual places for sale. If you guys are getting fresh corn you are truly blessed!
