here are some random things I spotted wandering around our local peddlers mall. I want to know who 8m their right mind would pay $300 for a electric Remington saw.

It looks like a small 30-40cc Efco power head.

If I had one of those my Arsenal of ghetto farm tools would be dang near complete. Haha. If there was a 1" gas powered impact to go with it I would be in trouble.

Correct, rail as in railroad rail. About the Efco aspect I haven't a clue.

Efco rail grinder, I think Phil (Chitty Avatar) had bought a couple of large ones before he passed away.

I have never seen a saw in the Peddler's Mall here in Lexington or at the one in Frankfort. There was a Lombard with a roller nose at the one in Danville several years ago.

It's an indoor flea market open weekly. U rent a space label your stuff and people pay at the door so you don't have to be there

Ah, ok, we have similar around here, just never heard it referred to as a Peddler's Mall.

Mall & Remington mostly came with 7/16" X .058" for the direct drive.

9/16" on the gear drive.

Shortest roller nose Remy bar I had was 15" I put on Hedgerow's John Deere 17. So rigged it with .404 rim drive for chits and giggles.

I have several 20 & 24 inch on my old Remy turds.

I would have been tempted by a 10" roller nose in nice condition, it looks wide in the pic.
I could get it set up for the 084 With a 12 pin in an 8" can't
