So we have a thread dedicated to trees people on here have cut.
What we don't have is a thread dedicated to all the weekend warriors out there who drop trees on sheds, make excavators go airborne and generally *f-word things up.

Here is a pre-felled ash tree I cut up for someone this afternoon. Terrifying stuff.

He said it was piss easy to knock down, they just put the bucket of the digger against it and pushed while cutting. Father and son job. I wouldn't mind only they are probably one of the bigger farming outfits around here. Yard full of sheds, some of the best land around, nice New Holland T7, two disk mowers, a big rake, their own slurry equipment and of course the afore mentioned digger. Now if only they knew how to use a saw.

If I get a chance I will walk the land at home to find some of my Dad's old stumps from a few year back. Last time I let him borrow a saw.
