This might be a reach.

I bought an air filter cover for my 036 Pro from Huztl and would like to find out which guide piece fits the tuning opening in the cover.

Anyone know which of the two listed in the IPL will fit?

#6 PN 1125 121 7700 & #7 PN 1125 121 7501. I can't tell what the difference between the two

So...I may or may not have hastily filled my MS391 with straight gasoline  and ran it briefly before I realized it, thus I now have a 3yr old MS391 in need of rebuilding. It was still under warranty when this happened so I took it to the dealer and it was going to cost me nearly what I paid new for them to repair it. I ended up buying a rebuilt 064 so I have a great saw but would like to rebuild the 391 myself to have as a lighter weight smaller saw option. The rebuild kit I found with the cylinder is pretty pricy (>$300) and doesn't include the yoke, yet the kits for a 390 are only about $150 and do include the yoke...what's the deal?

Has anyone bored out a cylinder slightly after a mishap like mine and then just replaced the piston and yoke?

Working on a 201T today. Is the coil wire supposed to be tucked into that channel/retainer that is just behind the wire?

Also what is the trick to getting the H limiter cap/cover pulled out?

I think so, I just haven't seen the #3 "retainers" before. Maybe they just keep the lead from burning on the cylinder?

The MS201T that I'm working on is ser # 17672----- which I think is just before the change to the new carb, fwhl, and ign. I have the S250 carb and the 1145 1300B coil.

Will Stihl still provide the upgrade kit under warranty, or do I need to buy it? I've read some comments that the kit doesn't make much difference anyway. Thanks.

Great saws everyone. From what I'm realizing is the Stihl I'm rebuilding for a friend is a 028 super, AV, Electronic quick stop. I'm looking for parts. Oiler and sprocket need the metal geared the plastic gears are stripped.20170303_151452.jpg
