Picking corn last couple of days and having a issue with the picker
Its a New Idea and has the rubber fingers on top of the husking bed to keep things moving but they are getting old and breaking off and are na. Have not been able to find any. I may have to try to make some out of a tire but there are 3 different sizes

Any body know where I can get them

Try G&R Implement in D8urham Kansas. About 30 miles south of Abilene on 15 highway.

IMG_20211128_173631(1).jpg Worked a few young things at my house an sent some others down the road on Sunday. Prices ranged from 137.5 to 225 if I remember right. I'll try to take a look tomorrow morning and get a better range.

Commingled this group just to see how they would do for a change. Usually when we do this we don't get as good of price. Seems like since a couple of players/owners left the scene the pricing on stuff have been a little better on our end. Used to never even hit average price on some of the best looking/growing calves. Heard many a story of "special" sales in the night that just happened to get ran through the arena later in the afternoon.

S770 with a 925 head. The bigger heads don't work very well here with all the small fields and hills and gully's that we have around here.
My brother has a 9770 with a 35’ MacDon it’s too big for some of our fields, he has a 2166 with a 20’ header that did most of the smaller fields. He is wanting to buy a second 9770 only problem is having enough arses to fill the seats for combines, carts & trucks.

There’s places on these bohemian alps I can’t keep both ends of a 16ft head on the ground

I know that I am old. But check out JJns. YouTube in Canada. They are still running the L2 Gleaners which we ran here back in the early eighty's. Also Dirt grain steel YouTube, as they are running three L2's plus one one on steel tracks.
