Thanks! They have their moments. Holly is sweet pretty much all of the time, but Goldie gets pretty mean... a lot! I am hoping it is a phase that will soon pass.

I found with both my boys that the "terrible twos" were not so aptly named. The twos were way easier than the threes. Elliott turns 4 at the end of this month and I hop we'll see the last of this phase...

Boys were easy for me. Terrible 2's were non existent Our girl experienced quite an epidemic of the terrible 12and13's though.

We used to get "You wrecked my life!" quite a bit from two younger girls at that age for important misdeeds like throwing out a straw or moving the location of the Christmas tree.

I was doomed on all sides. Mom and I have brown hair. She's blonde. And she's got German blood from both sides of the family....it was a rough time in our lives. She was one of the snottiest girls I've ever met.
Now she's a 4th year dental hygiene student and every time she comes home for the weekend she gives me a great big smile and opens her arms for a hug. Life is good again

Man,do spend as much as you can. They truly do grow up so fast and stop needing their parents as much. Then they move out and it kind of sucks.

It sure is I can't believe where the time goes on minute there starting school then there finishing school them there jobs start and so on

My daughter went through her nursing studies and up too district nurse

Now she's made me a grandad Iam so happy someone else to spoil
