You saved the best for last... :coleman:
Who did it?
Strap-on. It was completely redone though by a builder who was competent. In no way am I endorsing or recommending stratton’s work and never would. It’s a very strong and fast saw though, a good representation of a typical ported 394 I thought. Not my saw, just testing it.

361 was done by Doc, I ported the 7900, 372 50mm done by strap-on (again... it was redone... it runs fantastic now... but don’t buy one from him lol), Matt did the 372BB and the 660. Those two need a little more break in time, they might free up a little bit. I do these comparisons not out of interest of boosting egos or starting wars... but for testing and comparing saws in interest of attempting to learn something. Lol

Finally got together with my dad at the lot he was getting wood from to make some cuts with his MS251 and my 346XP conversion. The 346 is still pretty rich for break in, pulling 12.5k unloaded, going to do that for a few tanks. Sounds pretty good in the wood. Running a 16" bar with .325 .050 Raisman full chisel and my dad's 251 is running an 18" bar with .325 .063 Oregon full chisel. Can't wait to get the 346 broken in and tuned with the dual port muffler!

I’d take the one less second for the 372 and way less vibes to my hands all day over any of them on that list. I would like to give a 572 a run though.
I'd send you one to play with, but it would have to come back with some Mike Lee magic...you understand, I'm sure lol

Carb was a little wonky on the bb 372... found out why... clogged screen. View attachment 218292 I’ll break it in and get a re do test against the 50mm.
Who ported the 50 mm? Seems like it rocks pretty good! Doc’s 361 is a *b-word!
