I tore down a 254 for those screws. It's nearly complete, so if you need parts...

If someone can come up with a 16" 3/8 Stihl brand bar and chain and send it to me I will include it with the saw. AND if this happens and one is donated and we go over the $10.000 goal, will include a Stihl carrying case of the period. But need a nice bar as I believe this will end up a display piece.

If someone has a bar for the 254 I will include that as well.

How is the air dam that goes around the plastic intake block? While putting this on yesterday one side is cracked.

Yep. Got it. Make sure to relieve the spot it sits in if you took anything off the base of the jug. If not.....trouble you will have.

New GOLF brand piston showed up from HLSupply today for the 032.
A new base gasket will help seal things back up.
