Your in luck as it is most likely available at your local hardware store.

#6-32 or thereabouts. Buy a long one and cut it to length with your wire crimpers.

Any one try running an old saw with a broken reed? Is this a death sentence? I did have the saw running and just couldn't get it to tune all that great. Hence the carb kit.

Had a echo cs3000 came it had low compression. Got to looking they was no air filter pulled carb and there was a peice of wood stuck in the reed box holding it open and it burnt up the saw. It pushes your fuel out the open port.

While looking for info on the power products motor. I'm finding a good amount of parts in the vintage karting world. Maybe they'll have a reed block.

Ok, I have an avenue for still shim stock. Just gotta get the reeds out and mic them. Talked to a guy at the carburetor shop.

And he said the carb is a H1A. And having little to no luck on that carb for some gaskets and so on. I'm hoping I can very carefully take the carb apart and soak it in the ultrasonic cleaner. I can get away without having to find a diaphragm for it.
