I think you already have. It is futile to resist. I was equally impressed with Alan's 562, it was one of those "WOW" moments. Glad I wasn't the only one.

I ran a echo cobey had but can't remember the size,very light and quite powerful.

It is an Echo 590 (ported by Alan/AWOL). We had a small charity cut. I noodled big rounds all day with Cobey's 590, Matt's 365 special, and Matt's John Deere something....all ported. The smaller cc 590 held it's own with the others. It was a fun day for me. Run one out of gas and pick up the next one.

My 562 is stock and I love it. It has had the chit beat out of it but it still runs good (after I updated the carb to the el48). I plan to build it eventually so I've been watching for good info on porting and what not. Hopefully this thread will turn up some of that.

The one I ran Saturday destroyed a 372.

The 562 was a strong woods port,LOTS of compression.

Yes a stock one,I'm a diehard stihl guy but a 362 feels like a box of bricks compared to the 562. Don't know about performance once ported though.

Ya husqvarna has that ergonomic thing nailed down pretty good.
