husqvarna 562,best ported saw ever?

I had a chance to finally run one over the weekend and I'm still flabbergasted at how it ran. It has changed how I feel about small saws.

I'd like to hear some of your experiences with the saw,good or bad.

I have run 2 ported 562 and they were both strong runners. My 562 is still stock but I enjoy running it also.

The one I had, the carb had issues... I was not impressed. It was really annoying.

My 562xp only has homelite410 piped muffler on it and it runs strong with the 20 inch bar.

If I cannot find a good guy to port it in Canada I hope one of the good builders here can make it rip.

Small saws are fun

Only ran a stock 562, very good performer. Like to get one to play with someday.

The one I ran Saturday destroyed a 372.

The 562 was a strong woods port,LOTS of compression.

Allen ported the saw I'm talking about and he said he sells 20:1 562 over 372
And I see why.

If anybody has ran one that was not impressed the @awol didnt port it.

I'm not saying a 372 can't beat it I'm saying why carry a 372 for a small amount of power difference.

The one you ran didn't even have a muffler mod! We can go much farther, do much more if you want a play saw.
