Got dang deer are eating my beans and peppers. Who has a good chemical warfare recommendation?

Dang deer are on my front porch, note the baby behind mama. This is less than 10 feet from my front porch. They are so close to the house here now so the damn coyotes wont bother them. I guess I will have to deal with it. IMG_0002.JPG

The early girls and the Kentucky Wonder poles have finally started to grow a little. The silver queen is even growing some. ( Need rain here )

Another cow panel trellis set up with 2 tomato plants and Fortex pole beans. 2 rows of beets, hard to see, and 4 rows of Queen Anne black eyed peas. Will be planting some Rattlesnake pole beans on the first row of corn very soon.

edit. Cart is full of English peas the girls pulled up for me to pull off and shell tomorrow.

Charlie, if I lived closer, this fall I'd be making a midnight raid on your corn.

One of my fondest memories was sitting with my grandfather and eating a whole pot of corn we'd just picked and boiled. We had a hunk of fresh butter, a bag of salt and a cooler of ice cold RC Cola.
Quite possibly one of the best meals I ever had.

As you know I love my sweet corn!

We been having some decent rain lately that has really perked up my measly little garden patches. Hope to pull some corn and pole beans in a week or so. Been getting a few tomatoes everyday. The beets and black eyed peas are not to far behind. The Fortex pole beans have started to climb good now also.

My picture got photo bombed lol. It's been very wet this year and everything thing is as big as I've had, tons of flowers but zucchini and squash seem to be lacking in size with several small ones rotting on the plant. Any pointers?IMG_20170725_175244379.jpg
