I think he gots a chain on it, so it just be running in a circle.
hope it don't look tired
I hate it when things break
Easy way to git it broke in without wasting wood.

Running short on time to play with the 2nd version.

Have to get stuff around to back to work the end of the month. Another welding project starting up. Probably be close to 3 months of 7-12's.

So if you and red bull get bored, head East toward green bay drop in and say hi. Or climb in and lay a few beads :)

Welp, you've mentioned wanting to step up to a place more suitable than where you're at. At least it's close. We moved 7 times in 12 years. Not fun

Good thing it is 1 mile ~ away...

Still gotta finish the pool so I can have my helper for the house project.

That is brutal.

Really hope for a 1 and done.

Still have to set the roll pins to keep the plate from turning while boring the jug.

Put the fixture in the big 4 jaw indicate the od, face off the outside. Flip it around face off the inside (where the jug will bolt)

That hole will be bored to the diameter of the 590 extension, then drill tap the bolt pattern.

This fixture will ensure the bore stays perpidicular to the base while boring. And the same stresses placed on the jug when bolted to the case will be mimicked here.

The extension bore will be concentric to the tube of, so all that needs to be done is center the fixture, and press it agains the face of the chuck for set up.

In the case the extension isn't centered on the bore i can still line up by checking the bore.

Little bit of progress. Hopefully Tuesday. I can finish it up and bore a 590 cylinder.

Used some locktite retaining compound. Pressed the top in. Also put in 4 roll pins. Shouldn't move too far.

Have to finish the through bore, face off the inside, and transfer the bolt pattern.

Finished up the fixture. Test bored a 590 jug. Appears to hold 50mm fine.

May try boring the 590 jug to fit a 50mm sleeve, think the transfers are gonna get mighty tight with the I'd of the sleeve. But I can go wider with the 590 exhaust port.

Need to finish bore the 670 jug and press in the sleeve.
