Wow rough casting finish on those pictures. I wouldn’t expect that from a pro saw.
LOL! Don’t give any of the ocd psp’s any new ideas.Could be a new market opportunity for a porter to grind all the castings smooth and improve fit and finish. Might even lighten up the saw a few ounces!
If that's all there is to complain about with this saw...Wow rough casting finish on those pictures.
I intended to do a detailed thread on the 572, and the 462......but lost all the picture I had for both of them.
Then......I decided that doing threads was a pain in the ass.
14.4k? Wow that’s real good for pretty much stock! Wonder if the 565 has a lower rev limit?Ran my 572 for the first time today. I was impressed how it ran for being in its first tank of fuel and only being muffler modded. Smooth is the best word I can use. Seems like the soft limit is 13200 and it did continue to climb to 14400. One thing that stood out to me was he light the side cover was. Good? Bad? Not sure. Also with the stock spikes the muffler rubs. But that’s not a big deal since it has the extra support built into the muffler.
