Can’t imagine it’ll be that long to get one for .63 and skip etc.....
Interesting question. Again, availability might depend on whether it uses a 'standard' or 'proprietary' sized wheel.Hmm, will anyone be doing a diamond/CBN/ABN raker wheel for this?
If the grinder is made in USA (big thumbs up for that if so) then I wonder where the wheel/disc is made.If you watch the video where they do the rakers you can see the wheel has a rounded contour on the backside to actually shape the raker. That makes it a proprietary wheel as far as I can see.
Actually, a lot of guys dress / profile their conventional grinding wheels to do this on standard Oregon / Tecomec type grinders, and some have discussed having custom CBN wheels made for this.If you watch the video where they do the rakers you can see the wheel has a rounded contour on the backside to actually shape the raker. That makes it a proprietary wheel as far as I can see.
Agreed, but the 64 million dollar question is at what price. Can’t imagine it’ll be that long to get one for .63 and skip etc.....
I agree: 0.058 gauge makes no sense to most of the rest of us either!. . .there is no point if it will not do .058" gauge - which frankly makes no sense to me.

BOOMI see what you did there. Well done sir.
I am hoping that the company will make a demo unit available. The You Tube videos are pretty clear, but there is no substitute for 'hands-on'. If I get the opportunity to try one, you can be sure that I will post a summary of my experience and impressions here in this thread. I hope that any other users will share their comments as well.Is there a demo unit in your future?
