I picked this up earlier in the week. NIB Winchester 125th anniversary 1885 High Wall in 45-70 with a 28" barrel. Gotta love Winchester commemoratives. cheaper than standard guns on the used market, generally found NIB and are good shooters.

Just need to get that silly Gold fill out of lettering on the barrel.

Did a little shooting of clays with my boy and rifles and pistols with a co worker. Burned around 600 rounds total. 12 gauge, 9mm, 40, 45 and 5.56.

Will do. I need to put together some different loads to try. The only problem with getting a gun in a caliber you don't already load for, is the cost of bullets to find the one that shoots the best. I'll order five or six different bullets to start and go from there.

Thanks! I sure do miss reloading with my grandpa he was retired and that was our thing we did together. He was an eccentric man very well educated which I'm not. I can remember my grandma watching me use the trickler and asking if that would hurt me. He said no but it might give him an erection lmao.
